  I emailed Peta for a quote as I am having some difficulty with a new cat introduction. I mentioned in my original email that funds were very low. Peta sent a very thoughtful response and a clear quote that appeared to me to be very fair. I do not have the funds to engage Petas services at this time, however I wanted to write a positive review as the email Peta sent me was very helpful and has helped assuage my anxiety while I raise the funds to purchase the full home visit. I hope to engage Peta's services in the future but until that time this positive review is my thanks for her thoughtful response.   We asked Peta to help us with some behavioural issues with our Maine Coon 'kitten' (Bob Marley was toileting outside the litter trays and had aggressive behaviour towards our other cats; he thought he was playing with them while Freddie Mercury and Jimmy Barnes did not and felt threatened!!).  Peta's advice and recommendations were fantastic and had an immediate impact; Bob Marley has used the litter trays for the last 5 weeks and has stopped toileted on our floors at all.  Her suggestions on curbing his aggressive behaviour is a work in progress but it has certainly helped.
I can't thank Peta enough for her help and totally recommend her to anyone with pet issues.  She gave great advice, took the time to get to know the cats and explained in easy to understand language her recommendations for resolving our issues.  My wife and I (and Freddie and Jimmy) can't thank her enough!!

  I had Peta in as my cats liked to pee outside the litterbox. Peta was very knowledgeable, looked around my home and gave me pointers on where to position the boxes, and also what to change them too. Since this, I have had very little issues with them doing this and also since rearranging my cat posts also, my two cats have been a lot more calm with each other and stopped fighting with each other.   Our family was at its wit's end with our daughter's 6-month old rescue kitten, Mika and her inappropriate urination. The occasional accident had become habitual and we were mopping up cat urine from various corners of the house 5-6 times a day. We were at the point of considering whether or not to re-home Mika when we contacted Peta in desperation. She patiently explained the situation from Mika's point of view and gave us simple strategies to resolve it. That was five days ago and we haven't had to mop up a single cat wee!   Thoroughly recommend Peta at Catisfaction. With her knowledge and guidance we were able to re integrate our two Burmese siblings who had become estranged following an incident which resulted in a traumatic injury to one.

  We contacted Peta for advice on managing conflict between our two cats, who had been fighting often in a small apartment. Peta's visit was excellent, she offered great advice about feeding, play, furniture set up, and litter location. Peta obviously loves and understands cats, and took time to get to know both cat's personalities and needs in order to offer the best advice.
Since implementing Peta's recommendations, we've definitely seen improvement in behaviour and happiness from the cats. We'd definitely recommend using Catisfaction if you're in a similar situation!

  Searching for a cat behaviouralist, I was drawn to the warmth and friendliness of Peta’s photo on her webpage. From this, I found exactly what I needed in her approach. Peta is knowledgeable, thoughtful, non-judgmental, and easy to talk with, thinking through possibilities for the behaviour, providing specialised incite and practical solutions. I live interstate, so I was lucky Peta could do all this over the phone. When I reached out, it was out of desperation as my 4-year-old cat was lashing out at my recent acquisition of a 10-month-old Australian Terrier.
